Q: How are estimates performed?

A: For lawn mowing, estimates will either be performed by using Google Maps imaging to measure the square footage of turf areas on your property or by me personally coming out to walk the property to get an accurate assessment of the size and condition of the property.

For estimates on all other services, I will come out and walk the property to assess the scale of the work needed to be done.

Q: How will I receive my estimate?

A: Estimates are given either in person, over the phone, or via text or email.

Q: Do I have to be home for my estimate or work to be performed?

A: No, you do not need to be present for an estimate or work to be done. As long as I can access your backyard and pets are not present outside as to impede progress, I can perform the required tasks.

Q: What type of payments are accepted?

A: Payments may be made with cash or card. Weekly and bi-weekly mowing services will require putting a credit/debit card on file. This is to ensure there is no disruption in service and makes your payments as stress and hassle free as possible.

Q: When are my payments due?

A: For weekly and bi-weekly mowing services, I charge your card on file automatically the Monday after service is performed.

For all other services, payment is due the date service is rendered. However, if you are already signed up for recurring lawn maintenance, you can choose to add that charge as a line item onto your next billing cycle.

Q: Do you work in the rain?

A: Typically no. It increases the risk of damaging the lawn by causing mud streaks and/or ruts in the turf as well as tracking dirt and debris across hard surfaces, making cleanup much more difficult and resulting in a lower quality finished product. I observe the weekly weather forecast on a day-to-day basis. If it is raining on your scheduled service day you will be notified and the work will be rescheduled on another day, either ahead of or after the inclement weather.

Q: What do I do about my outside pets?

A: Pets, large and small, must not be present outside while service is being performed. This is to ensure the safety of your pets and myself.

Q: Can I request a certain day or time for recurring lawn maintenance?

A: I can try to accommodate you as far as your day request but I cannot guarantee it. I am in certain locations on certain days so honoring a day request may not be feasible. Unfortunately I cannot honor specific time of day requests.
